1. Signing of an NDA between the company and Bio4ward.
2. Needs assessment with a partner (Olivier, Damien, or Stéphane) and the company's CEO/manager.
3. Identification of the most suitable expert (from our network or recruited through co-optation).
4. Introduction meeting between the proposed expert and the company to validate the mission scope.
5. Signing of a specific NDA between the expert and the company.
6. A mission letter is established between Bio4ward and the company (scope + name of the expert).
7. Mission follow-up : the expert works directly with the operational team, while the Bio4ward partner holds a monthly check-in with both the expert and the company to ensure mission quality.
● Time-based model: monthly billing = expert's daily rate × time spent.
● Fixed-fee model: according to the contractual terms set in the mission letter.
● Each invoice includes a detailed timesheet as an annex.
● Success fees may be added, if agreed in advance.
● Once the needs assessment is completed, the average time to launch a mission is around one month.
